    Iznik Sheikh Kutbuddin Mosque and Tomb
    There is a mosque and a tomb next to it in the town center of Iznik, opposite the Nilüfer Hatun soup kitchen. 

    Sultan II. It was built by Çandarlı İbrahim Pasha, one of Bayezid's viziers, in the 15th century. It was built in the century. It is estimated that the mosque was built some time after the tomb. In the single-domed, square-planned dome lies Sheikh Kudbettin, one of the well-known teachers of Iznik, the author of Muhtasar Catechism, and who died in 1418.

    The original Mosque has been demolished. The mosque was rebuilt in accordance with its original form in 2007.
