Bursa Tourism Information Office
It is located next to Ulucami, one of the symbols of our city, which is frequented by local and foreign tourists coming to Bursa.

DUTIES:

To provide information to local and foreign tourists visiting Bursa about the tourism focal points of the city and to help tourists easily reach these areas,
To distribute promotional publications about Bursa (books, maps, brochures, city guides, etc.) to tourists
To immediately report any action or behavior that disturbs tourists to the Tourism Police and higher authorities.
To prepare reports to eliminate problems encountered in tourism, to offer solution suggestions and to inform the upper management.
To keep the necessary statistics regarding those who consult the Tourist Information Office.

WORKING HOURS:

Our Tourist Information Office is open every day; It is open between 09:00-18:00.
