Description
Tuz Khan
It was built in 1454 by Umur Bey, son of Timurtaş Pasha. It was dedicated to bring income to Umur Bey's social complex in Bursa. It is known that this inn was called "Salt Inn" because spice trade was generally carried out in the past. The building is one of the smallest inns in Bursa.
The inn consists of two-storey rooms arranged around a rectangular courtyard and porticos in front of these rooms.
The inn has a total of 43 rooms, 20 on the lower floor and 23 on the upper floor.
