This delicacy, which comes from many bakeries in Bursa, especially in the historical Kayhan Bazaar, is a type of pita unique to Bursa in its preparation style and presentation. Rich minced meat, cubed meat mixture or cheddar cheese are placed on the fermented dough and it is cooked in stone ovens and ready to serve.
