The piece that goes around the horse's neck and connects the harness to enable the horse to pull the cart is called "hamut". Hamut is made by combining two pieces of wood and placing them on top in order of simit, wick, stuffed vegetables and zucchini. In making dough; Natural materials such as wood, goat skin, buffalo skin and felt are used. Harness materials such as paldum, headgear, bridle, draw strap, side strap, halter and bridle are made from leather pieces.
