Karacabey Issız Han
65 km from Bursa. It is located on the northern shore of Ulubat Lake, near the Seyran village of Karacabey district, to the west. This place has been an important point on the road extending from Izmir to Istanbul since the Roman period. The building is one of the many similar caravanserais on the trade routes in Anatolia, especially from the Seljuk period. The importance of Issız Han is that it is an early Ottoman period structure with the architectural features of Seljuk caravanserais. According to the two-line Arabic inscription written in an intricate thuluth calligraphy, located in the arch over the main gate, in 797 (1394-95), Celâleddin Eyne Bey b. It was built by Felek Meliküddin. Celâleddin Bey, who served as the Balıkesir-Karesi officer and was one of the commanders of the First Kosovo War, died in the battle that took place between Prince Süleyman and Îsâ Bey in Ulubat in 808 (1405).

Since Issız Han is located near a major center like Bursa and on a busy road, it has been a building frequented by travelers and mentioned in their travel books since ancient times. It has a longitudinal rectangular plan in the north-south direction, 42.30 × 21.30 m. The main gate of Issız Han, which is a building of 10-15 cm in size, is located on the narrow façade in the south, inside a high and deep iwan with pointed arches. The building, which was apparently built in the early Ottoman period adhering to old architectural traditions, is used as a hotel today.
