This flavor, which also took its place in Evliya Çelebi's work, has been one of the most important local dishes of Bursa cuisine for centuries. It is known as a flavor that originated in the meatball shops in Bursa's Kayhan Bazaar. Kayhan Bazaar's famous meatballs are placed on the fried and cube-shaped pitas used in its preparation, and butter is drizzled with tomato sauce. Finally, yoghurt is placed on the side and it is ready to serve.
