Bursa Gastronomy Festival
Bursa, which has a deep-rooted history of 8,500 years, dazzles with its gastronomy and culinary culture as well as its industry, historical, cultural and touristic values. It is one of the lifebloods of Turkish gastronomy, with its geographically indicated food products grown in its fertile soil and increasing in number today, and its highly developed food industry. 

Based on all this experience, Bursa organized the Bursa Gastronomy Festival every year. The festival has attracted great attention from gastronomy professionals and lovers both in our city and across our country every year.

Bursa's gastronomy values ​​were discussed in 5 different panels within the scope of the 1st Bursa Gastronomy Festival "Silky Flavors", which was held in integration with Bursa Tourism Fair and Bursa Food Fair. Before the festival, a workshop on Bursa Gastronomy was organized. More than 50 academics, gastronomy, companies, businesses, etc. attended this workshop. Gastronomy of Bursa was examined with experts in the fields. A gastronomy tour was organized, including important representatives of the tourism world, agency officials, social media influencers, and national and local press members. 

Various cooking and fast food competitions (Tahini, Baklava, Börek) were organized within the scope of the festival. Various talks about Bursa gastronomy were organized. 103 Bursa companies, official institutions and organizations opened stands and brought Bursa Flavors to the citizens. Within the scope of the festival, promotion was made with international, national and local social media phenomena with high followers. Additionally, important names of gastronomy such as Hazar Amani, Şükran Kaymak, Arda Türkmen, Ömür Akkor and Danilo Zenna took the stage at our festival. Buray concert was held on the second day of our festival. The Gastronomy Festival, which had a very high participation rate, was the subject of nearly 50 news videos and more than 50 newspaper articles. 350 thousand people attended the festival, which lasted 3 days. 

The "2nd Bursa Gastronomy Festival", which we held with the theme of "Green Bursa Green Gastronomy" in Bursa Merinos Park between 15-17 September 2023, brought together Bursa Cuisine from past to future with taste lovers, and contributed to our culinary heritage in many events with the contributions of famous chefs and academics for the sustainability of Turkish Cuisine. 

All gastronomy enthusiasts are invited to our Bursa Gastronomy Festival, which hosts an enthusiastic gathering from 7 to 77 with more than 100 Bursa brands and registered flavors.
