    Description

    Geyve Han
It was built in the 15th century by Hacı İvaz Pasha bin Ahi Bayezid, the chief architect of Çelebi Sultan Mehmed and one of the important statesmen of the period.

It is known that Hacı İvaz Pasha, who was also the architect of the Green Mosque, gifted the Geyve Inn to Çelebi Sultan Mehmed, and the Sultan dedicated the inn to provide income for the Green Complex.

Designed with a square plan, the inn has two floors. There is a fountain in the central courtyard. The rooms, which are lined up behind the porticoes on the ground floor and the upper floor, number twenty-six on the lower floor and thirty on the upper floor.
