Tahtakale Bazaar
Tahtakale; In Arabic, it means "tah-al-kale", meaning 'Under the Castle'. Tahtakale, which is still one of the most lively bazaars in Bursa today, was also heavily traded outside the city in previous periods. Bursa's best fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat and honey were always sold here, and the rich people of Bursa shopped in Tahtakale.
