Mysia Photography Museum

Bursa, with its historical, cultural and natural riches, has been an indispensable visual stop for many local and foreign photographers since the invention of photography. In order to crown this visual accumulation that it has carried over the years, it is presented to the visitors with the Mysia Photography Museum in the village of Misi, which has a historical and natural texture.

 

Mysia Photography Museum aims to carry the identity of contemporary museology by conveying the historical process of photography, the master photographers who carried Turkish photography from the past to the present, the values ​​of Bursa and the old Bursa archive through audio/visual narratives.

 

In addition to technical and visual exhibitions, Mysia Photography Museum aims to bring the magical world of photography to its visitors with its black and white photography darkroom and trainings, library, workshops where photographers can diversify their visual expression, traditional souvenir photo shooting areas and winter garden.
